Become a member of the PhD council!

The PhD council is looking for new members! Two of our current members are leaving the council because they are in the final stage of their PhD trajectory. We hope that a new generation of PhD candidates joins the council.

The PhD council organizes informal meetings such as museum trips and drinks to help build the OPG/RSPH community of young researchers. Moreover, members of the Council represent all PhD candidates of the School during the board meetings of the OPG/RSPH. As a member of the OPG/RSPH council, you attend one or two board meetings per academic year, you organize informal meetings and act as a link between the PhD community and the directors and board of the School. Being a member of the Council is not time-consuming and, apart from the occasional outings, it costs you about one or two hours per month.

We invite PhD candidates, preferably in the first and second year of their trajectory, to join the council. If you are interested or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us (opgpromovendiraad@gmail.com).

We also welcome any comments, questions or suggestions on the program of the School and please let us know if you have an idea for an informal outing!
