Paul Reef, PhD candidate at Radboud University and member of OPG, has appeared on television and on the radio frequently in the past weeks.

His PhD project studies public protest against the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup and the responses of the organisers of mega sport events to forms of protest. With the upcoming World Cup in Qatar, his research has become particularly relevant for today’s public debate. Paul was interviewed in, among others, RTL Nieuws and NPO Radio 1.
