Het Professor Van Winterfonds maakt in 2026 één promotieplaats mogelijk. Doel daarvan is de promovendus de gelegenheid te geven om een promotieplaats te verwerven voor een door haar of hem zelf ontwikkeld promotieplan. Aanvragen kunnen worden gedaan door koppels bestaande uit een beoogde onderzoeker en een begeleider met promotierecht, werkzaam bij een gevestigde wetenschappelijke instelling. Deadline: 28 november 2025.

The research groups Queer and Feminist Studies at the European University Institute and Storie di Sessualità e Genere at the University of Padua invite researchers to a two-day workshop aimed at fostering new reflections on queer and/or intersectional perspectives in historical research. The workshop will be held at the University of Padua (Department of Historical and Geographic Sciences and the Ancient World (DISSGeA) on January 29-30, 2026. Deadline for proposals: 28 November 2025.
