U kunt vanaf heden voordrachten indienen voor de D.J. Veegens Prijs 2026 op het gebied van de Economische, Politieke en/of Sociale Geschiedenis van Nederland. Deze prijs van € 12.500,- is bedoeld als aanmoedigingsprijs voor onderzoekers wier onderzoeksresultaten in het jaar van toekenning niet langer dan twee jaar tevoren zijn gepubliceerd. Sluitingsdatum voor nominaties is 15 januari 2026.

The Horizon Europe project BLOCKADE and the Department of History at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg are looking for a Doctoral Researcher (m/f/d) in Modern History. The 4-year (65%) doctoral position will be located at the Juniorprofessur for Transatlantic and North American History (Jun.-Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Piller) and will be part of the European Research Council project, “The Hidden Weapon.
