The well-known French intellectual and historian Pierre Rosanvallon will give a master class for research masters and PhD candidates of the RSPH. Students can prepare for the master class by attending the master class by prof. Ido de Haan on 8 October. The work of Rosanvallon is dedicated to the history of democracy, French political history, the role of the state, and the question of social justice in contemporary societies. He is professor at the Collège de France and holds the chair in modern and contemporary political history.
