During this full-day introductory module, you familiarize yourself with the state of the art in Political History and you position your own research project in the field. This module serves as a ‘pressure cooker’ giving you a brief glimpse of the diverse themes and approaches that have dominated the field of political history in the past decade. You will introduce your own research and get to hear more about the projects of your fellow PhD candidates. Together, you will discuss what connects you as scholars and as historians.
